PWC was founded in 1949 and incorporated as a nonprofit organizataion in 1980.

No applicant is denied attendance on the basis of race, sex, creed, handicap, or origin of birth. All applicants must be at least 18 years old. All are subject to PWC Bylaws and Standing Rules. The Conference reserves the right to make any necessary changes in schedule, programs, or leaders.  If timing permits, changes will be posted online here.
