What PWC Community Outreach Is About
PWC has a long tradition of Community Outreach—presenting free programs at various libraries and bookstores.
A number of members of the PWC Board of Directors are available for free presentations to school children, high school students, college classes, school libraries and for adult groups at public libraries , bookstores, and senior centers or communities. These may be general talks, talks on specific subjects, short workshops in various subjects, or readings.

Many schools have career days or sponsor writing classes or clubs, etc. Libraries, bookstores, or senior centers may want speakers on specific writing subjects or want a panel of writers to address different aspects. We can set up a panel discussion  for you, drawn from the writers below, other board members, or other writer friends.

Our Website has always provided brief biographies of the Board of Directors, who serve the conference in a wholly volunteer manner. These bios give basic information about each individual and now have been enhanced with notations about their specific availability as free speakers. To read the biographies
If you're interested in contacting any individual board member for a possible presentation, use their e-mail address if it’s given on the biography page.Times and dates can be negotiated directly with the board member. We can also put you in touch with the board member most likely to fulfill your needs, or put together a panel for you.

If board member e-mail is not listed, send a request for contact, with "PWC Community Outreach" in the subject line to avoid your e-mail being deleted as spam, and it will be forwarded to the individual you want to contact.
